"It's not what happens

Welcome...
Good physical health is
important in being alert and having the energy to perform day to day functions.
Likewise, good mental health is important for being appropriately alert and having
energy for good daily performance. Depression and anxiety interfere with functioning.
Mental health is also important for healthy relationships in all areas of our
lives. My work includes helping individuals increase their wellness.
The book I am currently
working on focuses on women who are looking for a mate to spend their lives with.
Sometimes, relationships contain hidden surprises about our partner's emotional
stability. Recognizing warning signs via your partner's behavior is an essential
part of selecting someone desirable. There are many categories of mental health
problems.
For example, there are men who appear likely to be a good husband, but may have
deep dependency needs. At first, it may be appealing as you may feel loved and
needed, but that may pale when it's your turn to feel cared for, and he will not
be equipped to do so. These are some of the issues in the book I am currently
writing, "INFORMED CONSENT- The Mental Health
Guide To Dating For Women".
